Comparison of Mosquito Larvicidal Formulations of Diflubenzuron on <i>Culex Pipiens</i> Mosquitoes in Belgrade, Serbia

Abstract Culex mosquitos are important infectious diseases vectors in temperate and tropical regions of the World, affecting nearly 350 million people both developed developing countries. Our approach was to “recycle” well-established larvicide, by studying tablets, pellets granules as floating or sinking formulations, we found a method optimise use diflubenzuron against pipiens mosquitoes field conditions. A standard WHO procedure used test larvicide efficacy.
